- NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022 -
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022 of the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong (NorCham HK) will be held on the following date, and at the following time and place, namely:
Date: 14th July 2022
Time: 5pm to 7pm
Place: The AGM will be held at the Nordic Semiconductor office at Unit 2502, 25F, Golden Centre, 188 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Members will also have the option to dial into the event online via Teams. Please select your preference by registering to the appropriate ticket type.
In order to form a quorum (as per the NorCham bylaws) for the AGM, we need to receive replies from no less than one quarter of our members. Your attendance is important to the success of the meeting.
The agenda will be distributed either at or before the AGM. Please confirm your attendance by signing up for the event.
