Andrew Hood heads Fieldfisher's London International Trade Team. He has advised clients across a range of different industries on the impact of UK, EU and US sanctions and export controls, including the impact of sanctions on contractual obligations; mergers & acquisitions; and international trade compliance.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Andrew was a lawyer and negotiator for the UK Government, advising on the drafting and implementation of UN, EU and UK sanctions.
Kristian Odebjer founded Odebjer Fohlin, a Swedish law firm with offices in Stockholm and Hong Kong, more than ten years ago. He advises Swedish and international clients on cross-border trade and investments. Kristian is currently in his second term as chairman of SwedCham, having originally been elected in 2017.
Alexandra Underwood is a lead partner in Fieldfisher's Fraud, Commercial Crime and Investigations team with over 20 years' experience of acting in complex international disputes.
Alex acts for clients from across the globe in English High Court litigation, international arbitration and in support of legal proceedings in jurisdictions outside of England and Wales. She has a wealth of experience advising international clients across a range sectors on the impact of UK and EU sanctions, including how they affect contractual obligations and proposed mergers and acquisitions. Alex has a particular focus on cases involving Russia and Ukraine.
